This is kinda missable, if you take too long to reach the White Forest. I've reached it with just 3 people in it, and now I need to connect to a Pokemon Black game to get another NPC in it :/

can confirm it needs to be marked missable had to replay the whole game to get this one cause i could only get 3 mons

Got it. Used standalone melonDS to connect to my friends Pokemon Black save and invite NPC from his Black City. I'd say I got the authentic experience :)

I took too long but I have a black save since I already mastered that game, how do you connect the saves on emulator?

What mothership1953 said helped me figure it out a lot obviously using melonDS. had to convert my save from bizhawk into .sav and use the multiplayer feature and have two emulators running at the same time

When does the timer start? From the start of the of the game, and is it the ds/pc time and date?
