    Question...do you need to hold on to your items to get this achievement? I collected all of them, but used the HP Up on one of my Pokemon.

    I did also walk outside to the Pokemon Center to heal, and did reset at a point, but the achievement doesn't say it has to be done in one session/without leaving.

    Did it in blue exactly like red and it popped. Must be bugged in red right now

    Popped for me fine on Red, make sure you grab the hidden Escape Rope on the wall next to the fossil guy.

    Stuck at 95% aswell on Blue, tried to toss my items, didnt find the hidden escape rope either

    I got it on Blue. There are two hidden items, one by the rock by the team rocket memeber and a hidden escape rope by the fossil guy.

    For those not getting this achievement, a good tip is that for whatever reason, this achievement is bugged, and if you end up getting every item in Mt. Moon before getting one of the fossils, it doesn't pop. Pick a fossil first, then get the hidden Moon Stone after, and you should be fine.
