    Hint : if it's not unlocking, quit the emulator (not just the game) and launch it back. Go back to the entrance of the citadel and it should work !

    As another user said in the comments related to killing an human without being blamed for it, you CAN redeem yourself, even if you have killed many humans. You just have to roam around the citadel, getting near to as many humans as possible without hurting them. After having get in contact with about 30 of them, they began to worship me.

    When you first encountered a live villager in the cemetery, witnessing the man being killed and fed upon by 2 vampires. You can't save this citizen, but you will able to choose between slaying or sparing the life of a vampire hunter in a nearby area. If you ignored the hunter, killing only vampires, humans would no longer consider you a demon, and would bow down before you on approach.
