    Starting with Tiny Mushroom helps a lot to get on top of the last green pipe before finishing level A of world 4 by jumping on any of the enemies you may see ahead. Don't forget to save before you start.

    Just to clarify things, you have to land on the very last green pipe of the stage (the horizontal one that leads you to the Goal Pole).

    Also, don't be like me and forget that you can stand on the pipes before the last one. For some reason I just assumed you could not despite the description not saying so.
