    Okay so i was confused on this a bit as the only description to how to spawn the girl just talks about "certain occasions" without ever expanding on that. So how to do it is to go to the right side of marvelous bridge, enter and exit the room that leads to route 15 from the bridge, check whether the girl is present next to the closest npc (the man in orange). If she is there interact with her for the achievement, if not re-enter and re-exit the room. rinse and repeat the process til the girl spawns, shouldn't take too long
