I beat this using Nicktendo____64's team from the following GameFaqs Forum with an arbitrary Haxorus added to the team:

I beat this using a Mienshao with the ability Regenerator, Sky Plate equipped, and the moves U-turn, Acrobatics, Fake Out, and Hi Jump Kick (Fly Gem would be better but I didn't have one), Hydreigon with the ability Levitate, Expert Band equipped, and the moves Draco Meteor, Flamethrower, Surf, and Crunch (Dark Pulse would be better but I forgot to breed for it & wasn't able to use the move tutor), and finally a Jellicent with the ability Cursed Body, Leftovers equipped, and the moves Hydro Pump, Recover, Hex, and Toxic.

Because you need 4 Pokemon for Double mode, I added the Haxorus I evolved earlier for the Catch 'em All achievement. I gave it the moves Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Earthquake, and X-Scissor and I gave it the Quick Claw because it was slow.

I EV trained Mienshao for Attack and Speed, Hydreigon for Speed and SpAtk, and Jellicent for SpDef, Def, and Speed (should have just gone defensive on Jellicent, it's slow as crap). I didn't bother EV training Haxorus (I probably should have tbh).

My stats (HP/Atk/Def/SpAtk/SpDef/Speed) at Level 50 were the following:
Mienshao - 136/176/74/113/63/168
Hydreigon - 161/120/97/192/103/143
Jellicent - 163/86/112/98/132/96
Haxorus - 139/164/97/85/77/102

Overall this team worked fairly well although Jellicent was basically useless (it needed even more defenses).

This is surprisingly difficult, not sure why this is considered so much easier than the Battle Tower of Emerald / Platinum, it's around the same difficulty imo.
