Easy Nic run: In lonsdale park kill every zombie shooting twice and always killing with knife, do the same with the police but shoot the red barrel, this shall give you like 3 minutes to go, then go full leroy jenkins, shoot the red barrel in the alley evade every hunter and dodge every zombie in the last few rooms, even if you fail, there's enough sprays for healing, done.

Can confirm Xziled's strat works perfectly as long as you know the rest of the run well. I recommend doing this after the other Mercenaries achievements (besides True Mercenary) as you'll know the enemy placements well enough to dodge through. Takes a slight bit of luck on the hunters, but this method is really really easy. I wouldn't even say to kill all of the zombies at the Lonsdale Yard- just down the first two them kill them with the knife, then run out to the red barrel near the police zombies, blow that and run. Very easy to make it to the end if the hunters don't catch you up. Got this second try using this strat.
