    Rocket launcher is allowed but only if it's the one you can find in Dead Factory 1F. You can't get this achievement if you unlocked the infinite rocket launcher, even if you don't use it. So don't buy any of the mercenaries items until you have completed every achievement other than the epilogue ones.

    I bought a machine gun with infinite ammo from the mercenaries. I tried it with a rocket launcher, grenade launcher and mines. Nothing helped.
