In Pastoria City, stand behind the Croagunk Wall with the player's head sticking out of it, a wild Croagunk will appear, cry out, and walk into the Great Marsh building.

This seems to be random chance upon standing behind the wall?
I stood there for a while several times with nothing happening, then randomly while biking to the center from the route east it triggered instantly when I hit the tile.

Yeah, not sure what actually is the factor for it triggering but if it happens it's always directly when entering that spot. Waiting there does not do anything.

If you examine the crogunk statue in the mart, it makes the easter egg trigger more often. Not 100% of the time, but it happened after only two attempts for me.
