Why did I get the level 2 achievement when I had only beat level 1?

For ideas for achievements you could have score goals, or if someone finds hidden 1 ups, or finds the hidden warp zone.

Also during level 3 I kept getting "leader board cancelled" and "score challenge available" over and over it kept blocking my view. does it have something to do with using the cheat code?

was a title I was planning on coming around to add new achievements.
Knew about those warp zones (there are more than one)

If you had an achievement unlock at the wrong time, or not at all, report in the emulator, RANes under "RetroAchievements" in "Report Broken Achievements"

I'm also interested in supplementing this along with . Yet I have to finish some mad experiment in the first place ;p. You can take it if you still want it, I will join later if there still will be something to cover.
This whole set is a bit wobbly constructed in my opinion (somehow I couldn't get the one live completion achievement), and malfunctioning leaderboard is proper confirmation.

Revisited with complete overhaul.

1. Changed game icon.
2. Improved the code of original achievements, updated titles, points, descriptions and icons.
3. Added rich presence.
4. Expanded the list with 30 complete new achievements.
With 400 points total this set is now complete.

that was fast !

I reset my achievement status for this and will give it a run. Looking forward to that !

The NES/Famicom version of would be great to add to the library too, but If I was to get in on that set, I would be using the European port, only because it will have English text that I can read.

I was and still am interested in doing the whole series of Parodious, especially my favourite Jikkyō Oshaberi Parodius. But always finding something else to do instead. If you are planning on doing Parodius Da! for NES, I think it could be a great occasion for cooperative work. European version is good, and it's an official translation.

Sexy Parodius is my fav, lololol

But I've never seen another version of that other than on the MAME. There is a PlayStation port of that, so Id have to wait until we get the BizHawk.

That would be cool to colab. Parodius (Europe) it is !

Sexy is my second... but there isn't really a significant fall down of niceness between all of the games in the series (maybe Paro Wars, but this is a completely different genre). As for MAME, I would be excited much more if it ever will be here, then I'm excited about the support of N64. And for not turning this into an off-topic - will be glad, if I have a chance on doing MSX and Arcade versions of Gradius.

I'm preparing the set for rescoring and during the process, I have demoted achievements, which are no longer compliant to developers CoC (Unwelcome Concepts: Require perfection all game).

I've planned revision for this game, and the plans will be brought later.
The demoted achievements will be tranfered to Bonus set, along with all triggers.

List of demoted achievements:

How does require perfection besides being competent at the game and restoring shield (takes about 5 hits) occasionally?

Yeah. After some thinking I figured it's completely fair to leave it in the core.
