, I'm not referring to making backup saves before each missable achievement. I'm only referring to specific games where after you beat the final boss the credits roll and the game restarts, the game doesn't save anything or even if it does it still lets you fight the final boss as much as you want when you play your current save.
For example most Zelda games after you beat Ganon, or whoever the final boss is for the game, the game restarts and when you load your game again you pick up where you were before the final boss. Some of them add an icon signifying that you beat the game and add extra content but they still leave the final boss in the game for you to defeat again as many times as you want. In these games it is impossible for something like a no-hit boss achievement for the final boss to be missable unless you delete your save or the developer specifies that you have to do the achievement the first time you fight the final boss.
