I will make achievements for the MK 2 :)
Posted: 17 Oct, 2014 13:17
Completed achievements. I'll leave two notes : Most achievements are protected against cheats and all achievements should be made with the player 1. =)

Ready for it. =)

it seems that many players of this set are getting crashes when encountering noob saibot. I don't know why it's crashing, but if you look on the game wall you can see it's happened many times and has recently happened for
We need to find a permanent solution for this issue. For those who know this game or have played this set, perhaps we need either to have a recommended rom version or to demote this achievment altogether.
What do you think?

nah i rly dont think u should remove this from set
anyone that fight with noob will say that is part of a mkII mastering game experience is that fight along with the other secret fighters
back on other versions i asure the emu didnt crash when you got there
ill test to see if with the new emu the fight crash the emu but maybe the emu could have crash for him cuz other issues
remember when the emus crash when you lost connection to the site? it was a thing

working perfectly well with the rom Mortal Kombat II (U) (V1.1) rom checksum a0b9bebbc80958e36292abd9b8fb758e
if u wanna do it fast try tweaking the handicap on options to end the fight with 3 hits

I would recommend a Revision for this Games, not only that Cheats (more damage) are allowed, but also the fight with Noob Saibot (win 50 matches in row) isn't well thought out, if you lose you have to do another 50 wins when you can enter the match with a Code. 50 matches is just pointless grinding because the match versus him is already difficult enough.
Difficulty isn't stackable so you have to replay it in every difficulty. Its a OK set but there could be added bit more, its a basic Game overall which don't deliver much things to work with as for Achievement goes.
I would make a Revision for it if its OK but i have to finish the other things first before starting something new.

Just as I said for UMK3 (snes) (see forum post), if there's any revision made, I'd ban all cheats except the infinite credits one, AI in MK games is broken beyond measure and having to use heavy AI manipulation is just not fun or difficult to do, so it breaks all challenges imo. There's no difficulty spamming a specific combo the AI can't avoid in most cases, even if it's a bit frustrating, I prefer getting my ass kicked for three or four rounds until the AI suddenly lower its difficulty (arcade classic trick...), making it fair and possible to use all moves.
