I'll craft my own - have Kurt make you a pokeball
Calendar Man - Acquire every Day of the Week held item (there are 7 npcs that appear and give you hold item)
Fishing Pro - Collect all 3 Rods
Breeder Beginner - Breed your first Pokemon
Game master - Earn the top prize in both game corners (Golden Rod and Celadon)
My Friends Are Bugs - Win the bug catching contest in National Park
Seeing Red - Defeat Red on Mt Silver
Masterful - Use a Masterball

With emulation, the game does not accurately use the time features correctly, so the Pokeball, the Day of the Week and the Bug Catching Contest will be difficult to play in the game, so I didn't think about putting them in.
The game used the battery in the cartridge for the clock in-game, and the save file on a PC doesn't have that luxury. Also, the save file is not accessed when the emulator is not using it, so the clock doesn't process outside the emulator. Even when the save file is being used and you use the throttle, the game still accurately ticks to the real world.

I'm now having problems with rocket rage, I defeated team rocket completely now and got the next team rocket achievement. Any ideas what when wrong and why I can't trigger rocket rage?

You're using RetroArch which is what causes that

How many Pokemons do you need to get the achievement "Gotta Catch 'em All - Gold"?
I'm currently at 160, and saving stones. Do you need to clone stones?

I was also wondering this.

I'm looking into improving the code for the achievements for this game and Silver. I believe most of the bugs that have been reported were using incorrect ROMs, the Kanto gym badge cheevos to be precise. Although, I will be adding save file protection for all the events (Gym Badges and Rocket bases) by using the badge addresses in a smarter way.
The Pokedex cheevo will be getting overhauled as I didn't realize when I made the set that the phone people didn't give any Elemental Stones until Crystal. Moon and Sun stones will still be required as those are functional infinite due to Monday nights at Mt. Moon and the Bug Catching Contest on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
I also realized the emulator uses the OS time to help it keep track of time in-game, so the clock works in real time even when not being played.
These changes should be coming soon.
Edit: Whitney doesn't give her badge immediately after defeating her because she is a cry baby. The achievement is earned when the player gets the badge, not when they defeat the Gym Leader.
