Set's up and running, and thankfully there isn't much to report.

I just wish there was more I could do for achievements, though I am satisfied with . This was the weirdest achievement to rig in the set but it should work proper.

Also note that since this is a Konami game it has a Konami Code built in, and if you press any button on the title screen besides start, it will trigger the Konami Code value (and thus void the achievements), even if you input it incorrectly.

Personally I thought the stage select would be useful for beating the individual levels without dying cheevs without having to slog through the previous ones. not that the game is very long but anyway.

Sure, I can remove the limit on the stage select cheat for the no-death achievements. I'll do that soon and let you know when I do.

Though if you want people to beat the whole game deathless, you'll want to make sure to protect that one and the others, so they dont' just beat level 4 and 5.

I've removed the Konami Code limit. It's set so you can use the code to access Area 1-4 deathless, and you can still get the achievement for Area 5 deathless. The entire game deathless run is still protected of course.

I need to mention something if you use the Konami Code:

Since I coded these achievements with the intention of being played one way through, using the code won't give you the achievement directly.

Without making this sound complicated, if you want the no-death achievements, you need to clear the stage prior, then start the stage you intend to get the no-death achievement.

So say if you want the no death achievement for Area 5 - Use code and jump to Area 4, clear Area 4 (doesn't matter if you die), then go to Area 5 and clear that without death, and the achievement should pop.

I'm still working on strategy for the Pacifist cheev, and the mandatory enemies in each level give the following points:

Area 1 ship boss 5,000 pts
Area 2 boss 6,000 + 3 miniboss tanks at 1,500 pts each for 4.5k = 10.5k total
Area 3 mid boss 2k + 7k boss = 9,000 total
Area 4 spider boss 9,000 pts
Area 5 robot boss 12,000 + alien embryo 200 = 12,200 pts

This totals a required points of 45,700 out of just under 60k. That gives you about 14k to work with.

Extra life awarded at 20k and 50k so 5 lives total.

Soldiers and insects give 200 pts and gun turrets, boulders, and the level 5 ceiling cannons give 500. Level 3 boss bubbles worth 200 and spider boss projectiles worth 100 points.

I thought this might help others a bit. I may be mistaken on some things, feel free to correct.
