Simply advance in the game or score enough points. I did not name the scoring achievements the same as the SNES version, as one of the dinosaurs is missing here.
As the description says.
This one counts the points you get when a triceratops passes. The counter resets if you're hit or not in the stampede. There are a total of 52 triceratops passing, awarding 10 points each.
You need to find hidden extras lifes in the preceeding levels to actually have the amount of lifes needed for this achievement. When you encounter the T-Rex, it counts the rex's hitpoints/times hit. Each time you hit him, 1 healthpoint is subtracted and one hit added to the counter. If the T-Rex runs out of health and you have at least 7 lifes, you get the achievement. 8 lifes is the maximum you can have at this point. Originally planned were achievements for finding each hidden extra life, but I found adding the T-Rex achievements more meaningful.
Basically the same as "This one was always my favorite" - only this time it's 51 tricertops passing - faster as well, so not getting harmed is harder here.
Basically the same as "You've got a T-Rex?" - only this time you need 9 lives. So no room for dying here.
If you found enough to have the default ammo at full capacity (99), you get this one. Enemies drop the default ammo (as much as they use up to get killed), so this one should be somewhat easy.
Collecting all 8 blue ammo magazines will unlock this.
This one is a bit tricky, as there are 12 magazines of ammo with a total amount of 166 bullets in the game. You need to shoot some of it for the achievement to trigger, as it counts the time your green ammo increases. If it is at full capacity (99) it doesn't increase when you pick up ammo. So this it not possible to achieve during a "Spare no expense" run. It will also reset when using continues, since the magazines respawn (this is true for all Collector achievements)
Collecting all 7 red ammo magazines will unlock this.
Well, you jump around. Originally planned was having this only counting during Triceratops Stampedes or T-Rex confrontations - but you can't jump there. What a bummer! So instead I made it so you would have to jump a certain amount of times during the levels. It resets when you die, so please be careful.
This should hopefully be the hardest achievement of them all. This one checks your progress and resets if you lose red/green/blue ammo in any way - this includes using a continue. It also resets if you start a new game (duh!).
All achievements won't trigger if you activate the level-skip cheat.

Sylar is probably not that fluent in english and just wanted to say that achievements for this would be great.
Anways... I tried doing something for this game, but its currently only barebones, as I have next to no experience with games like this and am honestly not very good at it. So I was wondering what kind of achievements you want for this.
Barebones achievements currently are:
Achievements for finishing each level (three of which were imported from the SNES port's set)
Scoring 1k, 2k, 4k, 6k (all of which were imported from the SNES port's set, not sure if 6k is reachable)

You have collect all eggs in a segment to progress to the next, so yes. The only exception is the river sequence, which is split in half and shares the value for amount of eggs left. But the value also changes if you die on the river (moves value up to somwhere near FF), and that kinda messes with finding out how many eggs are actually left. No value of how many eggs collected nor a "segment clear" value (afaik).
EDIT: Found the value for collecting all river eggs (it jumps from 0 to 2 instead of 1, which I searched for initially). Will add it to the list.

See if the game has special items or weapons to find, if there are bonus items you can make "collect the item X times".
If you have weapons you can kill enemies with that weapon, or kill that kind of enemies X times.
