Pokemon Brown is a Rom Hack of Pokemon Red for the original GameBoy. You need Pokemon Red (USA, Europe) as a patch base.
You can find the patch (.xdelta format) here, along with a patcher in the dl ->
May or may not try and dev for this set. I've never played the game before this so if anyone has good cheevo ideas let me know. For right now I'm just gonna be focusing on general pokemon stuff (gyms, beat pokemon league, and complete pokedex).
Plan to add cheevos: -Earn all 8 Badges [Completed] -Defeat all Elite Four and Champion [Completed] -Defeat all Elite Four and Champion with single Pokemon [Completed] -Reach Pokemon 1 Slot Level 100 [Completed] -Get 6 Pokemon in your Party [Completed] -Catch Legendary Pokemon [Completed] -Defeat Mura (like Gary) seems like Rival [Completed] -Trade Pokemon [Completed] -Catch all Pokemon [Completed]
So I found a weird inventory glitch. No idea how I triggered it, but it erased my Mist Stone and a Metal Coat. I'm soft locked out of Giovanni's gym, where I may have forgotten to pick up the second King's Rock. That, or it glitched it as well. I definitely didn't sell either item - trust me, I'm a hoarder, heh.
Also, the glitch clones an item (TM55 Flash, which doesn't actually exist in the game), and allows you to sell it for lots of money. This, however, ruins your inventory. The Mist Stone is nowhere to be found in my PC or inventory, and it's a key item so you can't sell it. RIP several days of progress...
I wonder if Kaymander would be able to request a manual unlock if he/she manages to get full pokedex minus one, explaining that the last pokemon is unavailable because of a glitch.
Looked into it, unfortunately it's not an issue with the achievement so they can't award it, which I understand. Just wanted to give everyone else the heads up so the game can't rob you of that final achievement. Side note, making money in Brown is a pain in the ass!
