Hint on which runes/ elementals needed to make this one happen? I had a team that had earth/water/fire/wind/lightning runes and cast a spell from each but nothing happened. I think Im missing something here.

They need to be level 4 spells cast together. Fire + Earth, Earth + Wind, Lightning + Fire, Lightning + Water, and Water + Wind.

what time would be good to do this combo since there is always someone like in the group? and give to use the fire crystal or rage crystal?

You can really do it at any time since you'll be able to swap people out and resume it. The one session part is basically without quitting the game since we don't have multisession support yet. Rage or fire should work since both have level four spel
